Bob Sambol is the founder and owner of the iconic 30 year old original Bob’s Steak & Chop House. He is a member of the Steakhouse Hall of Fame. Bob along with Mark Lindberg established the Job Creation Foundation as a 501(C)(3) in June of 2023 and all contributions are tax deductible as allowable by law.
Founder
Mark Lindberg has been married to his wife, Lisa for 30 years and they have two adult children; Andrew and Alyssa. Mark began his career as a tax consultant at Touche Ross in Kansas City (now known as Deloitte). Relocating from Kansas City to Dallas in 1992, Mark’s career spans multiple facets including, sales and marketing, restaurant ownership and consulting and now managing Provident Hospitality Group. A restaurant specific accounting service for more than 500 restaurant locations in 32 States. Mark is an avid golfer, competing in the national senior events and played golf in College at Baker University.
Executive Director
Carell Grass has over 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry as a restaurant owner a franchisor and a multi-unit franchisee. For the past 15 years his consulting company has specialized in bringing unique concepts to market and scaling those brands across the country. He has led brands to acquisition and has personally supervised the site selection, construction, marketing and operations for over
three hundred locations throughout the country.
He has been married to his wife Patty for 32 years, and they have three adult children, his
oldest son and granddaughter have epilepsy. Carell is deeply committed to providing job
opportunities for the Neurodivergent and Intellectual or Developmentally Disabled (IDD) community.
